Morton’s neuroma

Morton’s neuroma: tissue neoformation caused by inflammatory irritation of the plantar nerves branches which become bigger and clutter the intermetatarsal space giving an electric shock feeling in the first morning steps and constriction feeling when wearing shoes. A simple ultrasound scan of intermetatarsal spaces points out the neoformation, which can be surgical removed with a minimal incision. The histological examination will confirm the surgical hypotesis.
