Calcaneal spur: frequent and disabling painful syndrom. The patients seek for a solution, without finding it: the first attempts are conservative treatments like shock waves and local, infiltrations, but they rarely work. In most of the chronic cases, a minimally invasive approach is succesful. In local anesthesia, calcaneal fasciotomy is performed with a single of 2-3 mm access (with intra-operative radiological guide) in the insertion of the heel spur. Then, 15 days of soft walking before return to functionality.
